Job Description
We are looking for experienced freelance HR agents to support our recruiting projects on a per-project basis.
You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process up to the pre-interview stage, including:
Writing and posting job offers on relevant platforms and networks
Managing incoming applications
Conducting a first screening and shortlisting candidates based on job criteria
Delivering a report with the results of the recruitment campaign
Note: No interviews are required — your role ends after the shortlisting phase.
Requirements
Proven experience in recruitment or HR sourcing
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills
Access to relevant job boards, platforms, and professional networks
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
